Students are invited to join our employer partner, The Nativity Preparatory School of Boston, as they spend time in our Career Center space to speak with students about their Teaching Fellowship position. Drop in any time during the session and connect with representative Luc Benjamin to learn more about the school, their mission, impact, and how you can get involved.

The Nativity Teaching Fellowship Program is a two-year commitment open to recent college graduates who desire to positively impact middle school students’ education and development. Fellows will assist lead teachers, supervise school day activities, coach or oversee afternoon activities, coordinate various school programs as assigned by the Principal, serve as an advisor for 3-4 students. Compensation includes room and board, medical insurance, monthly stipend, opportunity to enroll tuition-free in a master’s program at Boston College Lynch School of Education.

Nativity Prep provides a transformative, tuition-free Jesuit education to boys from underserved families in Boston. Our intensive academic, after-school, and graduate support programs empower young men of color to break the cycle of poverty, to thrive in high school, college, and career, and to become compassionate “men for others.”
