Panel: 4:00 - 5:30 p.m.
Reception: 5:30 p.m.

Suffolk University
Sargent Hall, McLaughlin Moot Court Room, 4th Floor
120 Tremont Street, Boston

Join us at this hybrid event for an in-depth discussion of the centrality of healthcare in the national conversation featuring a panel of distinguished health law practitioners and academics.

The panel will discuss a variety of issues and analyze notable decisions and rulings such as:

  • Medina v. Planned Parenthood South Atlantic in which the Supreme Court ruled that Medicaid’s “any qualified provider” provision did not confer a private right of action on a Medicaid beneficiary to choose a specific provider
  • Cases ruling on Trump Administration retractions of federal research funding
  • Cases involving the status of programs on pharmaceutical prices
  • Emerging congressional and executive branch policies affecting health law
