The Conservation Law Foundation, Suffolk University Law School, Vermont Law and Graduate School, and Harvard Law School are pleased to announce a call for participation in the second annual Public Interest Environmental Litigation in the Northeast Conference, taking place at Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts on October 23, 2026.

Beginning in 2025, this annual Conference has welcomed the Northeast's leading environmental law practitioners to share insights and discuss current trends in public interest environmental litigation. This year's Conference will provide a dynamic forum to share diverse perspectives through panels, breakout sessions, networking opportunities, and invite-only working groups for specific practice areas.

The Conference seeks to facilitate engagement across public interest environmental litigation sub-specialties and the Northeast region to enrich our understanding of environmental law. We look forward to welcoming you to Boston.
