Learn about the Career Center's two Signature Programs: Ram Alumni Mentoring Program (RAMP) and the Job Shadowing Experience. We will share overviews of both programs, processes and timelines for applying, and what to expect as a participant. 

In RAMP: students are matched with an alumni mentor who supports their personal, academic, and professional success in one-to-one mentoring partnership from November to May.

In the Job Shadowing Experience: students shadow Suffolk alums and employer partners in-person at Boston-area companies, or virtually during a workday. Participants gain insights into career options they may be considering and build their network. The program runs twice during the academic year (once in fall, once in spring) and students can apply for one or two semesters.
