Join Suffolk University’s Veterans Services for the 10th Annual Suffolk University Veterans Day Luncheon with keynote Nicholas Charrette, on Thursday, November 13, 2025 from 12:30 pm – 1:45 pm in the Keches Room, Sargent Hall.

Nicholas Charrette serves as the Deputy Chief Engagement Officer for the Massachusetts Executive Office of Veterans’ Services, where he oversees the agency’s Constituent Services and Engagement Teams. A U.S. Army veteran from Braintree, Massachusetts, Nicholas served from 2013 to 2018 as a Military Police Officer, Team Leader, and 911/Fire Dispatcher, with assignments at Fort Drum, Camp Humphreys (Korea), and the United States Military Academy at West Point.

After separating from the Army, Nicholas enrolled at Suffolk University, earning both his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (2022) and Master of Science in Accounting (2023). He began his post-service career as a VA Work-Study student with Veterans Upward Bound (VUB) in 2019 and went on to become the program’s Director, helping fellow veterans prepare for and succeed in higher education and career transitions.

At EOVS, Nicholas continues his commitment to public service by ensuring veterans across the Commonwealth receive the advocacy, resources, and recognition they deserve. He lives in Rockland with his wife of eleven years and their young daughter.
